Returns & Exchanges

At Big Dogs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pack's new gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
